Ingredients
2 cloves crushed, fresh garlic
Juice from 1 lemon
¼ cup extra virgin olive oil
1 tsp Miso paste – Usually, Caesar is made with anchovy paste, but I’ve found miso to
be more convenient and equally as delicious.
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
½ Cup Greek yogurt
1 tsp dijon mustard
¼ Parmesan cheese
Pinch of Sea salt and black pepper.
Method
Time: 5 minutes
Serves 8
Step One: Add all your ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth and creamy.
It’s that easy! If your dressing is too thick, you can add some water, 1 Tablespoon at a
time.
This dressing will keep in the fridge for 3-5 days in an airtight container
