Ingredients


Breakfast Bowl

4 Tbs Chia seeds

1 Pack of Slendier Konjac rice

1 Tbs Cacao powder (Optional for the extra chocolaty hit)

600ml Water


Optional toppings

Pics Peanut butter

Chopped nuts

Berries

Cacao nibs

Method


Prep time: 15 mins.

Serves 4


Step One: Put the Konjac rice into a sieve and wash under cold water. Leave to drain.


Step two: Mix all the dry ingredients together in a bowl.


Step Three: Pour the water in and blitz with a stick blender or whisk until smooth.


Step Four: Fold the Konjac rice through the mixture.


Step Five: Divide evenly into four glasses, cover and leave to chill for a few hours or over night.


Step Six: Enjoy x
