Perfect healthy breakfast for busy parents and hungry Kids!

Mornings can be a whirlwind, but that doesn’t mean you have to skip out on a breakfast that fuels your radiance. These Protein Pancakes are A delicious go-to that will become A family staple.
They’re quick, packed with clean protein, and taste like a treat without the guilt. With just five
simple ingredients, including Shaklee’s Life Shake, they’re perfect for busy women who want to glow from the inside out.

Why These Pancakes Are a Wellness Win!
I’m all about keeping things simple, healthy and delicious, and this recipe checks every box:
Protein Power: Two scoops of Life Shake (or your fave flavour) deliver clean, soy-based protein to keep you and your family strong and energised—perfect to promote healthy digestion, pack a protein punch and inner glow.
Natural Goodness: Ripe banana and cinnamon bring sweetness and warmth, no junk needed.
Easy Peasy: Five minutes from bowl to plate—because who has time for complicated?
Plus, they’re low-carb-ish and totally customisable.
Ingredients (Serves 1-2)
2 scoops Life Shake (any flavour you love—shop my Shaklee site here!)
2 eggs (free-range if you can swing it)
1 large, ripe banana (the spottier, the sweeter!)
1 teaspoon cinnamon (hello, cozy vibes)
Pinch of sea salt
Method
Mash banana in large bowl.
Add eggs and mix well.
Add in all dry ingredients and mix together.
Heat griddle or any nonstick pan to medium-high heat.
5. For each pancake, scoop 2 tablespoons of wet mixture onto pan and cook for 1-2 minutes or until the tops are covered with bubbles and the edges look golden brown.
Flip protein pancakes and cook for an additional 30 seconds to 1 minute or until pancakes are done.
7. Serve immediately as is or with your favourite toppings. (My Fave is Greek Yoghurt, frozen berries and chopped nuts)
